That girl must be absolutely mortified by the attention she's received!  Top marks to Goodes for the way he's handled it.

I'm not sure the little girl intended to be racist  - kids that age normally attack someones appearance. Brave stuff by Adam though.

sciismyforte: I would have preferred that too, but I wanted to know as early as possible if I'd need to start looking for another job. Damned if I do, damned if I don't.

What happened to good old fashioned common sense and waiting until you actually have an offer?

So I've let work know I'm probably going to be spending another 4 years at uni. I'm going to look like an almighty cock if I don't get an offer...

So its not exactly a medical textbook, but I found this incredibly useful for helping me to remember everything. Its called 'Brainpower Smart Study" by Nina Sunday. Helped me get through the Gamsat!

I think it means the year last enrolled like it says, lol! Eg if you're still studying the course then 2013. If you finished last year then 2012. Etc etc :)

@pigboot: yeah, definitely, I'd say that McDonald's/Dominos etc are actually overpriced for what they give, but the convenience is so tempting... tbh both are out of my budget right now (dirt poor) but thanks for the advice re:vouchers, will check out

Domino's isn't really my cup of tea, but ignorance is bliss. Knowing just how stty the st you're eating is kind of a turn off.

If you use a code from retailmenot they should be much cheaper :). Re: fancy stuff - McDonalds/Dominos certainly aren't as cheap as they used to be though so when I go I try to find to something somewhat edible :P.

I can't be sure... but they do tell me how many kilojoules in each pizza.

I just googled Domino's to check out there prices. Are they really cheap compared to the awesome Italian take-away round the corner?

I agree Jagatha. Fancy from Dominoes is surely an oxymoron.
